Lettings Admin & Property Management - Central London
EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, an independent estate agency offering sales, lettings and property management based in Kensington to recruit a Lettings Administrator and Property Management Assistant to join their friendly and professional team.
In this role you will be working closely with the team in an all-encompassing role involving all aspects of lettings including administration, negotiation and tenancies plus assisting the team with dealing with property management-based tasks. This role offers someone keen to be hands on and involved in all aspects of lettings the chance to earn a healthy salary plus the opportunity to earn commission.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lettings Administration (ASTs, EPCs, Gas safety certs, EICRs, referencing, deposit registration and returns)
• Property Management tasks
• Assisting with Lettings viewings and negotiations
• Working closely with the team to ensure the smooth running of the portfolio and ensuring regulations and compliance are met
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Experience in a Lettings Co-Ordinator/Administrator position is required
• Ideally experience in property viewings
• Must be upbeat, positive individual who enjoys dealing with clients and giving great service
