Property Manager

EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a well-established independent estate agency covering Bayswater, Maida Vale, St Johns Wood and the surrounding areas.

We are recruiting a Property Manager to work alongside the Head of Property Management managing a portfolio of 300 properties, work within a really enjoyable working environment and build a long-term career with fantastic earning potential and financial growth in the role.

Role/Responsibilities:
• Property Manager
• Working within the property management team
• Dealing with all aspects of maintenance (including contractors)
• Ensuring compliance is met
• EPCs, Gas Safety Certs, EICRs
• Renewals
• Amendments to tenancies
• Inspections
• Dealing with complaints/issues
• Working with the Head of Property Management to assist to generate new business


Experience/skills required:
• Experience in a Property Management position
• Thorough knowledge of all aspects of property management
• Ability to multi-task and great organisational skills
• Calm and professional demeaner

Package/Benefits:
• up to £35k salary pa. (negotiable depending on experience)
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 9.00 – 6.00pm
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
