ESTATE AGENCY BRANCH/OFFICE MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION

Entry level experience/qualifications

  • Must have recent Estate Agency experience in a managerial role
  • Industry recognised qualifications such as ARLA, NAEA and NFOPP are advantageous
  • Local knowledge is favourable but not essential

Responsibilities
  • Setting targets for the office including each of the Sales Negotiators and Lettings Negotiators personal monthly/annual targets
  • Dealing with any training and development needs to ensure property sales are maximised
  • Attend to valuations as and when required
  • Liaise with company Directors and feedback any information based on office performance and discuss strategies to improve turnover
  • Conduct weekly meetings with staff to ensure all relevant communication has been carried over
  • Assist in maintaining excellent relationships with Landlords and Buyers to ensure referrals and repeat business

Objective

As an Estate Agency Branch Manager it is your objective to maximise property sales by developing your team, creating and implementing new marketing material.
To increase office turnover by monitoring P+L and ensuring all team members are working to their fullest potential.

Skills

  • Must have previous Estate Agency experience managing a team of Negotiators
  • Experience in the local area is preferred but not essential
  • Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work in a fast paced, high pressured environment
  • Able to identify any training needs and address them with all staff members

Salary/Bonus details
  • Basic salary £20 - £30k plus office/personal commissions and bonuses with an estimated OTE in the region of £30 - £80k

A company car or allowance is normally provided along with a mobile phone or phone allowance
